I am a fourth year medical student and fully intend on using it through residency. Don't leave for the hospital without it. I put this in my pocket of my white coat and use it all the time on inpatient medicine. There is a LOT of information crammed into this little book, but very, very useful resource.
A great comprehensive reference to have with you and it fits nicely in the pocket of a lab coat. It is definitely one to be sure you have with you on rounds.
